The Group’s Vice President Cai Guiru Attended the Sixth China-Russia Economic and Business Summit
On October 10th, entrusted by the Group’s CEO Ma Zhengwu and president Hong Shuikun, the Group’s vice president Cai Guiru attended the 6th Corporation-Creation-and-Economic-Modernization-themed China-Russia Economic and Business Summit, which was hosted by Chinese Ministry of Commerce and Russian Economic Development Ministry. Vice Premier of State Council Wang Qishan and his Russian counterpart Alexander Zhukov were present on the signing and opening ceremony and addressed the conference.
Cai delivered a speech entitled “The Role of the Greenwood International Trade Center in the New Situation of Bilateral Trade”, not only introducing the development, achievements and plans of the center, but also raising an idea of turning the center into a Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation platform and a window for trade transforming and upgrading. After the conference, persons in charge in China Russia Economic and Trade Cooperation Board of Directors, Russian customs, enterprises of electrons and catering met with Cai separately, and expressed their wish to further discuss about cooperation.
Representing the Greenwood Close Co. Ltd., Cai signed a contract with the state-owned enterprise of Russian Federation ROSTEK over transportation, storage and custom cooperation between CMST Development Co. Ltd. (Tianjin) and Samara, Russia. Russian vice premier Zhukov and Deputy Director of head office of Russian customs Malinin attached great importance to the agreement. Zhukov inquired in detail about the agreement. Malinin also expressed openly that he wished ROSTEK to put the agreement into practice and to contribute to the mutual beneficial cooperation.
Cai also attended the electromechanical sub-forum on invitation.
